Directions From Dublin: On the M50 take the exit for the M7 (Limerick). After 10-15 minutes exit onto the M9 (Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford). You will remain on this motorway 1 hour approximately. Then take Exit 6 for Bagenalstown. As you are coming off the motorway you will be taking the first exit off the first roundabout for Bagenalstown. After 5/7 minutes turn left at the Royal Oak Cross for Bagenalstown. As you drive into the center of the village you will see a Topaz Petrol Station on your right hand side. Turn right just after this station. You will now be on the R705 which will bring you into Borris in 10 minutes. As you arrive you will come to a T-junction. Turn left and you will be driving down the main street of Borris. The Step House Hotel is located on the left hand-side of the street just opposite the Caste Gate to Borris House.
