Chef de Partie
The Step House Hotel is a country house hotel in Borris, a small heritage village in Co. Carlow. With a growing reputation as one of Ireland's finest boutique hotel's an enormous emphasis is placed on the highest quality food, wine and artmosphere.

The Head/Executive Chef is Alan Foley who previously worked in Chapter One and as head chef in Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare for 5 years.

Under the guidance of Alan Foley you will be expected to be totally committed to the food produced from the A La Carte menu to banquets. You will be gaining exposure to and experience from being a member of a kitchen brigade with a aspirations to obtaining the highest restaurant acolades in the medium term.
